Supporting worker transition as our energy system transforms
How do Regional Workforce Transition Plans work?
The Authority is supporting the Department of Employment and Workplace Relations (DEWR) to develop Regional Workforce Transition Plans. These will support workers, their families and communities in regions that are, or will be significantly impacted by Australia’s transition to a net zero emissions economy. This includes workers not covered by the Energy Industry Jobs Plan.
