Net Zero Economy Authority consultations
The Net Zero Economy Authority undertakes consultations as part of its assessment process to decide whether the Energy Industry Jobs Plan (EIJP) should be implemented when individual coal or gas-fired power stations close.
The Authority’s assessments aim to understand how closures will impact workers and businesses, what support and employment opportunities are available in the region, and how an Energy Industry Jobs Plan could assist in the transition for affected communities.
