International Graphite’s downstream processing operation
International Graphite is an emerging supplier of processed graphite products such as active anode materials for lithium-ion batteries in electric vehicles. Their Research and Development Qualification Plant in Collie allows for the production and testing of graphite products to customer specifications.
The Australian Government has provided $4.7 million from the Critical Minerals Development Program towards International Graphite’s Collie development. The Western Australian Government has also committed funding towards its first-stage graphite micronising facility, and Australia’s first graphite spheroidiser, both in Collie.
