This page lists information we’ve released under the Freedom of Information Act 1982 for public access.

Legal requirements and exceptions

The FOI Act (section 11C) requires us to publish a disclosure log on our website, listing all information that we’ve release in response to an FOI request, with some exceptions. These exceptions are: 

  • personal information about any person if publication of that information would be unreasonable
  • information about the business, commercial, financial or professional affairs of any person if publication of that information would be unreasonable
  • other information covered by a determination made by the Australian Information Commissioner if publication of that information would be unreasonable
  • any information that is not reasonably practicable to publish because of the extent of modifications that would be needed to remove the information listed above

Information formats

The documents linked to this log are available to download in PDF format. If you can't access PDFs, contact us and we’ll try to provide the document in an alternate format (for example, in Microsoft Word or large print hard copy). 

Fees

We don’t charge for providing download access to information on our FOI disclosure log. However, where information can't be downloaded, we may charge a fee to cover the costs of reproducing and providing the information. 

We'll let you know of any fees before we provide the information.  All fees are set out in Schedule 1 (parts 1 and 2) of the Freedom of Information (Charges) Regulations 2019.
